February 2, 2014 – Apocalypse Now closed out their regular season schedule with a much needed win. And just like the first meeting with the Winnipeg Whalers, it ended in a rout. Michael Moore had 4 goals and 2 assists and as he led his team to a 10-1 win on Sunday morning. “The conditions were perfect.” Guido Sever said. “Now let’s get on with the playoff weekend!” Slap
Shots: Michael Moore hit the 40 point mark for the second year in a row, which has never been done before. Guido Sever and Mike Keating are the only other players to crack the 40 point barrier but they only did it once in their careers… Bryan Wiebe scored his 100th career point with his assist on Rob Moore’s second goal of the game. He got his 101st point with an assist on the next goal from Guido as well…It was the 37th time in his career of 402 regular season games played, that Jeff Wrobleski scored 4 points or more. It was also the 46th time that he opened the scoring in a game.
