The last time Apocalypse Now started a season with 5 wins was in 2009-10. Patrick Nikolaus has found a home on defense as he contributed 3 helpers in the contest and a slashing penalty. Rob Moore's goal was the 100th of his career. He becomes the 7th player in Apocalypse Now history to reach that plateau which is a significant achievement. A celebration was held at the Pony Corral where Jeff Wrobleski was also honoured for hitting the 600 point mark.
