– January 31, 2010 – There seems to be no such thing as an easy two points for Apocalypse Now, even when they're against a struggling team.
WBC United looked like they were going to end a 4-game winless streak at Apocalypse Now’s expense as they went up 3-0 early in the game. Apocalypse were down 5-4 with only a couple of minutes left before Myron Fik’s shorthanded goal evened the score and Jeff Wrobleski notched the winner as the Apocalypse team fought back from a rough start to earn a 6-5 victory.It was their third in a row. Wrobleski’s game winning goal was the first of the season for him. He went 9 regular season games without a goal which is the longest goal scoring drought of his career…the 3 points each for Bryan Finney and Jim Moore were the biggest single game outputs of the year for both of them.
