Northwood – January 25, 2015: Apocalypse Now was so bad last week that Jeff
Wrobleski talked about retiring. A week later, he felt much better. Logging a
ton of ice time, he helped his team come away with a 3-3 tie with the Warlords.
“We might have won if not for the ejection” he said. Jim Moore was thrown out
of the game early in the first half after punching a Warlord in the head. Slapshots: This was the fourth meeting
of these teams in the last 3 years. Apocalypse Now has won 1, lost 1 and tied 2
with a total of 20 goals for and 15 against…Patrick Nikolaus scored once and
added 2 assists. It was the eighth time in his career that he has scored 3 or
more points in a game.
