Melrose - January 30, 2022: Michael Moore scored twice and Jim Heim made a bunch of good saves in the Apocalypse Nows 3-2 win over the lowly Puckhub. It was the first of 3 games against Royal Sports Division teams. "Everyone was doing their job," Jeff Wrobleski said.
Slap Shots: Apocalypse Now was missing Guido Sever, Patrick Nikolaus, Jim Moore, Bryan Wiebe, Tristan Carlson and Myron Fiks. Rookie Kevin Wood also missed the game. Rob Moore stepped up and assisted on all 3 goals.
