The Mad Agents were missing their goalie, Richard due to covid and called up a replacement netminder that showed up 10 minutes late. Only one goal was scored by the Horsemen in that time on a desperation shot from Pete Tavares. "We always start slow," he said. Apocalypse Now felt rejuvenated as Michael Moore returned to the lineup after being released from quarantine and scored 4 goals including a natural hat-trick. He combined with Jason Allard, who had his second consecutive game winning goal and 4 assists, to lead their team to victory.
Slap Shots: Michael Moore now has 25 regular season hat-tricks in his career. It was his seventh natural hat-trick... Jason Allard's 5 points were the second highest of his career. He had 7 points in 2008 versus his brother, Taylor Allard and TSF.
