Apocalypse Now 6, Fighting Fire Hydrants 3
Melrose - January 15, 2017: The Apocalypse Now hoped to get a spark from the return of Peter Tavares. They didn't expect it to happen so quickly. Tavares scored his first goal of the year which led to a 6-3 win over the Fighting Fire Hydrants on Sunday. It was Tavares’ first game back after missing 4 games with a lower body injury. Jason Allard was the first star with 2 goals and an assist. ''It's great to have Pete back. He's such a skilled player and he makes everyone around him better,'' Allard said.
