Apocalypse Now 3, Hitmen 4
Valley Gardens - January 29, 2023: The Apocalypse Now team had to sit in the dressing room for an hour between games and obviously stiffened up. Jason Allard scored his second short-handed goal of the season and Michael Moore had a couple of break-aways, but Apocalype Now were unable to get the equalizing goal and lost to the Hitmen 4-3 on Sunday afternoon. "I blame it on the horrific ice that should have been Zambonied" Jim Moore said.
Slap Shots: Allard was playing in his 200th career regular season game. He has recorded 275 points or 1.38 points per game...The scoring race is heating up with 2 games to go. Fiks, Allard and Michael Moore are vying for the title.
