Apocalypse Now 2, Freezer Burn 5
Melrose - January 19, 2020: Apocalypse Now continued their struggles of playing in the Sunday First Division as they tried to keep up to the younger and faster Freezer Burn. Not to mention facing a goalie that has only let in 11 goals in 9 games. Apocalypse Now managed to score a couple but ended up on the losing end, 5-2. "Don't forget, the Freezers also had 6 minutes of powerplay time," Jim Heim said.
Slap Shots:Jeff Wrobleski scored his second goal of the year. He now has 296 regular season goals in his career.
