Apocalypse Now 2, Brown Stars 5
Melrose - January 8, 2017:Apocalypse Now forward, Jason Allard said he could tell his team, playing the second game of a doubleheader, was running out of gas down the stretch, especially when they could not secure the puck during three power play opportunities. In the end, the Brown Stars came away with a hard fought 5-2 victory. “We squandered some chances,” Allard said.
Slap Shots:Apocalypse Now is currently on pace to score about 25 goals this season. The record for the least goals scored is 41 in the 1992-93 season…On that note, Myron Fiks has indicated that he will be ready to go on Friday night.
