Melrose - December 23, 2018: Apocalypse Now defeated the Bounty Hunters 6-1 on Sunday night but there was obvious disppointment in the locker room afterwards. "We wanted Heimy to be the first Apocalypse goalie to ever post back-to-back shutouts" Bryan Finney said.
Slap Shots::Guido Sever scored 2 more goals which gives him 4 on the season. He is looking like the Guy of old as he has not scored 4 or more goals in a season since 2013-14...Jeff Wrobleski has a 4 game point streak going...Jason Allard took 2 interference penalties in the game. The last time he took a penalty was 6 years ago...Patty Nikolaus got the game winning goal for the second game in a row....Wrobleski tweeted after: "Its a fun year so far. I guess we better score all we can now and take advantage before Booby J moves us out of the 40 year old division into the 30 year old division for second half of the year & then to the 25 year old hacking division for the playoffs"
