Apocalypse Now 7, TSF 1
Morse Place – January 23, 2008 –Taylor Allard and TSF, also known as The Super
Friends were shooting for their third win of the season over the erratic
Apocalypse Now. But brother, Jason Allard had a good feeling Wednesday was going to be the night Apocalypse ended
their winless skid. The winger even figured it could be a blowout. He couldn't
have been more right. He scored one goal
and added 6 assists and Myron Fiks had a hat trick
and Apocalypse routed TSF 7-1 to end a 3-game stretch without a win. “They were
more like the Super Fags,” Patrick Nikolaus said
after the game. Notes: Jason Allard had 5 consecutive assists
which is a new Apocalypse record. The previous record of 4 was held jointly by
Jeff Wrobleski, Guy Sever and Pete Pearson. His 6 assists was one short of the record of
7 held by Wrobleski…Not since they were kids in
Valley Gardens have the Allard brothers played against each other.
