Apocalypse Now 1, The B’Z 3

Chalmers – December 14, 2008 - The B’Z put together a performance vastly different from the last time these two teams met in 2007. On an ice surface that was half covered in snow they downed Apocalypse Now, 3-1 on Sunday night. Jim Moore scored his 2nd goal of the season for the Horsemen, which lost its first game of the season. “We failed to capitalize on a 2-man advantage in the second half and that was that,” Moore grumbled afterward. Notes: Myron Fiks got the night off to rest…it appears that Tristan Carlson may be lost for the balance of the season with a sprained MCL and dislocated knee cap…Apocalypse Now is now 1-2-2 career against the B’Z.
